- Green Onions
- Shallots
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- Ginger
- Dried Chili Peppers
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- White Pepper
- MSG
- 2 cups Neutral Oil w/ High Smoke Point (Avocado is good, or Peanut Oil)
Instructions
- Dice Ginger and Garlic in very fine pieces
- Slice shallots into slivers
- Heat oil to 325 degrees F, 162 C
- Add shallots and cook until golden brown
- Strain shallots and add to jar
