  • Green Onions
  • Shallots
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger
  • Dried Chili Peppers
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Salt
  • White Pepper
  • MSG
  • 2 cups Neutral Oil w/ High Smoke Point (Avocado is good, or Peanut Oil)

Instructions

  1. Dice Ginger and Garlic in very fine pieces
  2. Slice shallots into slivers
  3. Heat oil to 325 degrees F, 162 C
  4. Add shallots and cook until golden brown
  5. Strain shallots and add to jar
