Linear Motion Compensator (LMC)
LMC can be turned on and off to offset the linear motion of the vehicle. This can be used temporarily to keep a target sited while the helicopter is moving.
Acquisition Sources
The acquisition sources (ACQ) button can be used to change the source that the TADS is bound to when in slave mode. This can be used tie the selector to the pilot HMD, gunner HMD, or the nose of the aircraft. After selecting a source, slave the TADS (slave button), move head to find a target, and then unslave. You may need to turn the eyepiece on or off in order to best find a target (I key).
